    well, in the death noe manga there was a C-kira (after Light)
     who obtained the death note. his/her identaty was never revealed, and Near (acting as L) didnt go after him/her. so, after a while, he/she lost it and wrote his/her name in the death note because he/she was scared of being captured and exececuted. there is nothing that tells if he/she is the son
    /daughter of syu and even if he/she was then there is no proof to show that syu even had a son/daughter and that he/she is C-kira. he/she.
