love it
legend is alive. His name is Tony Bennett!
the song that I fall into mourning
those 770 people....how could you unlike this???????
:)
sing. She just growled. But I do agree she is influenced by Billie Holiday, Ella FItzgerald and Dinah Washington.
performance/recording for the world to hear. It is her redemption for all the performances that she was unable to perform. Amy was vastly talented but alcohol stole her poor little body and soul. This song has such meaning for me. And Tony Bennett is flawless as always.
XXI
is splendid!!!
the crack?
life's work will even come close to the artistic significance of any one Amy Winehouse recording
couldn't rap. I respect Amy as a musician alot more then I do Nicki, but your comment about "we should trade her over for Amy"
places, Amy seeked help I know that, but It didn't work, she took those drugs and got to where she is now because she had an addiction, Nicki doesn't have that, if Nicki isn't taking drugs etc why the hell should they change places? Because you liked Amy's music more then Nicki's? That's fair.
you'll find out that it was mainly because of her "boyfriend" that the drugs started, nothing to do with fame, she loved it at first, but when he got her into the drugs that was it. End of.
it as offensive if you choose. I personally find Nicki minaj to be boring. She obviously has the potential to be interesting, but everything she has done recently, including starships, I find to be disappointing.
it's insulting to have an advertisement for her song next to a video of Amy
too easily insulted
great for Tony Bennett to share himself with younger artists. I can't imagine how thrilled Amy Winehouse must have been. No wonder, though, that in an interview I saw, he called her the greatest jazz singer on the planet. Wow
